Following the bullets, Mr. Trump ducked as Secret Service personnel surrounded him on stage and put his right hand to his face.
With blood streaming from his right ear, Mr. Trump turned to face the audience and repeatedly pumped his fist in the air as the agents started escorting him to his motorcade.
